PARCEL NO. 802.3 and 804.3 SECTION 7701-203 PAGE 2 WHEREAS, the Department is in the process of acquiring title to the lands discussed herein; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, in Resolution No. -, , approved the subordination of the City's interests to the Department, upon acquisition of an interest in title to the lands described herein. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises of the parties hereto, City and the Department agree as follows: City having approved the subordination of its interests in the lands herein described effective upon the acquisition of an interest in the lands by the Department, hereby subordinates, any and all of the City's interests in the lands under the aforesaid Access Easement insofar as said easement affects the following described property, viz: Easement 1: 6**&1Eel iis A portion of Lot 4, Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 90 through 93, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: From an iron pipe at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, run South 89032'22" West, a distance of 413.51 feet along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 8 to a point on the East right of way of State Road 15 and 600 as shown on that certain State of Florida, State Road Department Right of Way Map for State Road 15 and 600 , Section 7701-203, said point being North 89032'22" East 52.00 feet from the centerline of said State Road 15 and 600 at station 473+07.03; thence North 14°5845" East, a distance of 55.24 feet along said East right of way line to a 4" by 4" concrete monument with a disc stamped "LS 5062 PRM" at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 90 through 93, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence continue North 14°58'45" East, a distance of 129.83 feet along said East right of way line and the West boundary of said Lot 2 and Lot 4 for the POINT OF BEGINNING, said Point of Beginning being 50.20 feet right of, when measured perpendicular to said centerline of State Road 15 and 600 at station 475+05.92; thence continue North 14°58'45" East, a distance of 53.36 feet along said East right of way line said West boundary; thence North 72°28'41" East, a distance of 142.94 feet; thence South 83010'22" East, a distance of 13.31 feet to a point on the East boundary of the aforesaid Lot 4; thence South 14°59'22" West, a distance of 46.86 feet along said East boundary; thence South 72028'41" West, a distance of 158.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
