J ,', <br />��_ - �__ " �_11 , '' ON W21 10� <br />MIN 1231-1-11, IN <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 2:1 ""day of VebrUaf L(_5 2018 <br />and is to that certain Agreement made and entered into on the 60' day of June, 2017 by and <br />between the Casselberry Police Department whose principal and local address is 4195 South US <br />Highway 17-92, Casselberry, FL 32707 hereinafter referred to as `PD" and Dennis M. Lemma, <br />Sheriff, on behalf of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, whose address is 100 Eslinger Way, <br />Sanford, FL 32773, hereinafter referred to as "SCSO". <br />WHEREAS, PD and SCSO entered into the above -referenced Agreement on June 61, <br />2017 for Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement so as to enable both parties to <br />continue to enjoy the mutual benefits it provides; and, <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to include provisions for additional data sharing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, , in consideration of the mutual understandings and agreements <br />contained herein, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Add the following language to Section 4 Basic Services, Paragraph 1: <br />H. Provide agency crime data to CrimeReports.com for public use. Address data <br />provided to vendor will be in block range only, unless PD requests otherwise. <br />Crime types provided to vendor will be mutually agreed upon between SCSO and <br />PD. Custom interface requests should be sent from PD to SCSO as provided <br />under Section 7 Dispute Resolution, Notices, Paragraph 1. <br />I. If PD uses SCSO's NDI License Plate Recognition Server, provide PD license <br />plate data to Vigilant Solutions Investigative Data Platform for purposes of <br />sharing with other Vigilant subscribed law enforcement agencies. <br />Except as herein modified, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect for the term of the Agreement, as originally set forth in said Agreement. <br />
