Ms. Colleen Hufford MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to appoint Ms. Shannon Campbell as a regular member for a first full term, effective through January 31, 2020. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to reappoint Mr. Ed Bakalla as a regular member for a third full term and Mr. Robert Phillips as a regular member for a second full term, said terms effective through January 31, 2020. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to appoint Mr. Dan Hale as a regular member for a first full term, and Ms. Colleen Hufford as the alternate member for a first full term, said terms effective through January 31, 2020. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to ratify the appointment of Sergeant Jim Goodman as the fifth member of the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board for a term effective through December 31, 2019. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board The following applicants for the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board were present to introduce themselves and address the Commission: 1. Ms. Kinsey Lallathin 2. Ms. Buffy Werle 3. Ms. LeAnn Nash 4. Mr. Dana Callan 5. Ms. Katy Farmer MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to reappoint Ms. Courtney Icenhower to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board for a first full term, term effective through January 31, 2020. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0.
