Introduction: Resolution 17-2991 approves and authorizes the City Manager to execute Amendments as needed for no -cost time extensions to the Cooperative Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) for Gee Creek erosion control on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 17-2991. C. Resolution 17-2992 — Renaming of Veterans Memorial Park to Veterans Park "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RENAMING VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK TO VETERANS PARK; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2992 renames Veterans Memorial Park to Veterans Park. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager, together with the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, recommended approval to rename Veterans Memorial Park to Veterans Park. D. Resolution 17-2993 — FY 2017 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments and Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2016 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2017; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2993 revises and amends the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry as approved on September 26, 2016 through Resolution 16-2913 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2016. Budget Impact: The Fourth Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2017, The Fourth Quarter Budget Transfer spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 17- 2993.
