CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of May 22, 2017 — Regular Meeting Page 3 of 12 ENTIRE AREA OF THE CITY; ESTIMATING THE SERVICE COST TO PROVIDE STREET LIGHTING SERVICES, FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVEMENTS; ESTABLISHING THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE STREET LIGHTING SERVICE COST AGAINST REAL PROPERTY THAT WILL BE SPECIALLY BENEFITED; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT ROLL; ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER IMPOSITION OF THE PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENTS; DIRECTING THE PROVISION OF NOTICE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2958 provides for a Preliminary Rate Resolution for the implementation of the Street Lighting Assessment for Fiscal year (FY) 2018. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 17-2958. C. Resolution 17-2959 — Interagencygreement with Seminole County Sheriff's Office for Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND COMPUTER SUPPORT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2959 approves the Interagency Agreement for Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 17-2959. D. Resolution 17-2960 — First Amendment to the Contract for Purchase and Sale with Sherwood Forest I, LLC and Sherwood Forest II, LLC "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE BETWEEN SHERWOOD FOREST I, LLC, AND SHERWOOD FOREST H, LLC, AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
