Agreement with Florida Water Features Inc. for Cascading Column Floating Water Fountain Services and Related Budget Amendment #17-037 Introduction: Consideration to approve an agreement with Florida Water Features, Inc. for the award of rebid cascading column floating water fountain services and related Budget Amendment #17-037 is requested. Estimated expenditures shall not exceed $100,017.00 for the period beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020. [Reference: ITB -2017-0170]. A budget amendment is necessary to re -allocate the necessary funds to authorize this work. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment # 17-03 7 will increase the Stormwater Equipment Other account #110- 0740-539.67-35 and the Stormwater Other Non-operating Sources account #110-0000-389.90-00 by $517. BA #17-037 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to re -allocate a portion of the $70,000 in capital funding previously budgeted for the Grassy Lake fountain project to a Lake Concord fountain project in the amount of $12,035. An additional appropriation of $517 is also requested for the Lake Concord Park project. Resolution 17-2963 — Sub Recipient Agreement with Seminole County Sheriff's Office for Hiah Intensitv Drua Traffickin4 Area Grant Agreement #G17CF0008A "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUB -RECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SEMINOLE, COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE FOR FUNDING THROUGH THE CENTRAL FLORIDA HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA GRANT AGREEMENT #G17CF0008A." Introduction: Resolution 17-2963 approves the Sub -Recipient Agreement with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office to receive funding from the HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Grant Agreement #G17CF0008A, for participation in the Seminole County Sheriff's Office CCIB (City County Investigative Bureau).
