Resolution 17-2950 — Model Home Agreement with RM PLUS Design and <br />Development, LLC for Casselberry Greenville Development SPR 15-17) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING A MODEL HOME AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND <br />RM PLUS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT, LLC FOR THE CASSELBERRY GREENVILLE <br />DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE" <br />Introduction: Resolution 17-2950 approves the Model Home Agreement with RM Plus Design and <br />Development, LLC, for the Casselberry Greenville development located at the southeast side of Seminola <br />Boulevard, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Interim Community Development Director recommended <br />approval of Resolution 17-2950 and the Model Home Agreement. <br />C. Resolution 17-2951— Contract for Purchase and Sale with Sherwood Forest I, LLC <br />and Sherwood Forest II LLC for a Portion of Lot 14, Block A, Johnson's Poultry <br />Farms (822 and 826 North Winter Park Drive) and Related Budget Amendment #17 <br />025 17025 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE BETWEEN SHERWOOD FOREST I, <br />LLC AND SHERWOOD FOREST II, LLC AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR A PORTION <br />OF LOT 14, BLOCK A, JOHNSON'S POULTRY FARMS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 17-2951 approves the execution of the Contract for Purchase and Sale with <br />Sherwood Forest I, LLC and Sherwood Forest II, LLC for the purchase of a portion of Lot 14, Block A, <br />Johnson's Poultry Farms, associated with parcel identification number 04-21-30-511-OA00-014G, for the <br />amount of $100,000 plus closing and other associated costs, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said <br />document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment 917-025 is also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #17-025 will increase both the stormwater Land account <br />#110-0740-539.61-07 and the Other Non-operating sources account #110-0000-389.90-00 in the amount of <br />$106,100 each. <br />BA #17-025 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for costs associated <br />with the acquisition of parcel ID #04-21-30-511-OA00-014G from Sherwood Forest I, LLC and Sherwood <br />Forest 11, LLC, in the amount of $100,000. An additional $6,100 is also being requested to cover typical costs <br />associated with the purchase and sale of real property such as closing, inspection, and commission, bringing <br />
