CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 13, 2017 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 13 of 14 <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2 <br />• Congratulated Commissioner Solomon on being selected to serve as Chairperson for the RPA. <br />Commissioner Bill Hufford — Seat No. 4: <br />• Thanked Public Works Department Recreation staff for an excellent job on the presentation and tour <br />for the CALNO meeting on February 1, 2017. <br />• Stated he was glad to see that South Seminole Middle School students were going to be recognized on <br />Wednesday, January 16, 2017 as graduates of the 2016 Student Police Academy and thanked Police <br />Department staff for reaching out to the community and building relationships with the City's youth in <br />this way. <br />Commissioner Sandra Solomon — Seat 3: <br />• Inquired about the staffmg status of the City's code enforcement division and was advised by Mr. <br />Newlon that three out of four positions were now filled and the fourth would possibly be filled in- <br />house. He advised he would keep the Commission informed as he had more information. <br />Vice Mayor Anthony Aramendia — Seat No. 1: <br />• Reported he had participated in the Leadership Seminole Arts and Culture Day on Friday, February 3, <br />2017 which was hosted by the City of Casselberry, and thanked Recreation staff for their assistance <br />with the class. <br />Mayor Charlene Glancy — Seat No. 5: <br />No report. <br />
