quarter -inch or one -inch service will be made without charge, a reclaimed water meter <br />will be furnished and installed without charge, and a backflow prevention device for the <br />potable service will be installed at the cost of the device to those customers applying for <br />service during the design period. All existing potable irrigation meter systems may be <br />transferred to the reclaimed water system without any charges during the design period <br />upon request of the homeowner. After construction has started, all normal fees will be <br />charged. <br />(c) A customer whose service has been terminated may resume reclaimed water <br />service after paying any past due amounts and a reconnection fee. <br />(d) Where service has been terminated for a violation of an ordinance or regulation <br />regarding reclaimed water, such service shall not be reconnected until the Director <br />receives adequate assurance and guarantees that such a violation will not recur. <br />(e) Fees for reclaimed water service shall be applied to the customer's monthly <br />water bill. Payment shall be made in accordance with this Chapter. <br />Page 3 <br />
