METWOWN M.* <br />Sec. 86-27. - Definitions. <br />(a) The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this Article, shall have the <br />meanings ascribed to them in this Subsection, except where the context clearly <br />indicates a different meaning: <br />Equivalent residential unit (ERU) means equal to the average daily flow of a single- <br />family residence, which is -300 200 gpd for sewer service. <br />Sewer system development charges are a combination of: <br />(1) Wastewater Collection System Charges, and <br />(2) Water Pollution Control Charges. <br />Sec. 86-30. - Waste disposal generally; connection to public sewer. <br />(f) The minimum monthly sewer charge above is hereby known as the flow -by <br />availability charge. Following the end of the 365 -day period above, the flow -by <br />availability charge shall be equal to the minimum monthly charge(s) shown in Section <br />86-72 for the specific user category(s) of the property. In the event that the property is <br />connected to the City sewer in the future, and a flow -by availability charge has been <br />paid by a past or the current account holder, the sewer benefit fee system development <br />char e shall be reduced by 25 percent. <br />Page 1 <br />
