Resolution 17-2986 — Conveyance and Acceptance of Easement for Lot 122 Sausalito Section Four "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT 309 KANTOR BOULEVARD, PARCEL ID 21-21-30-513-0000-1220, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WALL ALONG RED BUG LAKE ROAD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2986 approves the conveyance and acceptance of the easement located at 309 Kantor Boulevard, Parcel ID 21-21-30-513-0000-1220, which is associated with the proposed Sausalito wall reconstruction along Red Bug Lake Road, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this item except for routine recording costs associated with the easements, which may be recoverable through the Special Assessment should it be enacted. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 17- 2986. C. Property Assurances Form for Gee Creek Erosion Control Project — Phase II III & IV Introduction: Approval and authorization to execute Natural Resources Conservation Service form NRCS- ADS-78 Assurances Relating to Real Property Acquisition for Gee Creek Erosion Control Project—Phase II, III & IV is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval and execution of Form NRCS-ADS-78. D. Standard Construction Agreement with Construct Co. Inc. for the Award of the Gee Creek Erosion Control Project — Phase II, III, & IV [Reference: ITB -2017- 0229 Introduction: Consideration of a Standard Construction Agreement with Construct Co. Inc. for the award of construction of the Gee Creek Erosion Control Project Phase 11, 111, & IV (Sheet Piling + Gabions) in an amount not to exceed $550,008.00 is requested. [Reference: ITB -2017-0229] Budget Impact: Sufficient Funding is already budgeted and available in Stormwater Utility Fund Account #110-0740-539.63-45 to cover the construction cost of $550,008.00.
