Resolution 17-2992 - Renaming of Veterans Memorial Park to Veterans Park <br />Resolution 17-2992 approves the renaming of Veterans Memorial Park to Veterans Park to honor and recognize all <br />veterans of the armed forces, both living and deceased. <br />D. Resolution 17-2993 - FY 2017 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments and Transfers <br />Resolution 17-2993 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the fourth <br />quarter of FY 2017. <br />E. Resolution 17-2994 - Legislation in Progress Regarding Static Signs <br />Resolution 17-2994 provides for the recognition of legislation in progress regarding static LED signs. <br />F. Budget Amendment #18-001 - Purchase of Ancillary Equipment for Police Department <br />Vehicle <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 18-001 to provide budgetary authority to purchase ancillary equipment in the <br />amount of $7,356 to fully equip a Police Department vehicle is requested. <br />G. Budget Amendment #18-003 - Special Budgetary Rollover <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 18-003 to amend the Fiscal Year 2017/2018 Approved Budget in the amount of <br />$1,272,309 to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services that were budgeted <br />in Fiscal Year 2016/2017 but were not started or completed within that fiscal year is requested. <br />H. Budget Amendment #18-004 for Gee Creels Erosion Control Project <br />This item seeks City Commission approval to roll over the Fiscal Year 2017 budgeted funds for the Award of Bid of the <br />Gee Creek Erosion Control Project — Phases II, III, & IV with Construct Co, Inc. in the amount not to exceed <br />$550,008.00, which will be expended in FY 2018. <br />I. Amendment #4 to the Agreement with U.S. Water Services Corporation for Meter Reading <br />Services <br />Consideration of Amendment #4 to extend the current agreement between the City of Casselberry and U.S. Water <br />Services Corporation for meter reading services throughout the City at an estimated dollar amount of $24,165.10 is <br />requested. <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional <br />Services for Transportation Engineering with CDM Smith, Inc. for CEI Services for the <br />Casselton Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #18-002 <br />Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Transportation Engineering with CDM Smith, Inc., for construction engineering and inspection services for the Casselton <br />Drive Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $218,515 without prior written authorization and approval of <br />related Budget Amendment # 18-002 are requested. <br />K. Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 5 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for <br />Fiscal Year 2017 Transportation Design Projects and Related Budget Amendment #18-006 <br />Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for <br />Professional Services for Transportation Engineering with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $11,870.00 to <br />provide additional services for the design of Quail Pond Circle Complete Street/Pedestrian Connectivity Improvements <br />and approval of related Budget Amendment # 18-006 are requested. <br />L. Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. for Tank <br />Wagon Fuel Services. <br />Consideration of Amendment No. l to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. for the provision of <br />tank wagon fuel services in an amount not to exceed an additional $300,000 (for a cumulative not -to -exceed amount of <br />$500,000.00) through March 30, 2018, is requested. <br />
