SECTION 3. The City Commission hereby confirms the necessity of any and all <br />closures of City facilities during and after the public state of weather emergency due to impacts <br />of the hurricane on the various facilities and structures, and /or the necessity to utilize those <br />facilities and /or structures for any ongoing storm recovery operations. <br />SECTION 4. The City Commission hereby confirms the actions taken by staff of the <br />City of Casselberry for emergency capacity procurement procedures through various agencies of <br />Seminole County, the State of Florida and Federal Emergency Management Act (FEMA). Most <br />costs associated with these efforts will be reimbursed under FEMA at some point in the <br />future. The City Manager will give periodic updates of these expenditures as they are <br />encumbered at future City Commission meetings. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
