Resolution 17-2973 — l st Amendment to Communications Site Lease with Clear <br />Wireless, LLC for the Water Tower at the South Water Treatment Plant [EX -2017- <br />0220 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE IST AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS <br />SITE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CLEAR WIRELESS, LLC FOR THE SOUTH WATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 17-2973 approves the 1s1 Amendment to the Communications Site Lease Agreement <br />with Clear Wireless, LLC and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Revenues from leases have been budgeted in the FY 2017 budget in the Water and Sewer <br />Utility Fund/Miscellaneous Income Rents and Royalties Account #401-0000-362.00-00. <br />E. Agreement with CrowderGulf Joint Venture, Inc. as Tier I Provider of Disaster <br />Debris Removal/Management Services and Ancillary_ Preparation/Recovery Services. <br />[RFP -2017-0194-A <br />Introduction: Consideration of an agreement with CrowderGulf Joint Venture, Inc. as a Tier I contractor to <br />provide disaster debris removal/management set -vices and ancillary preparation/recovery services on an as - <br />needed basis at an initial not -to -exceed amount of up to $1,000,000.00 per activation without further City <br />Commission approval for the period beginning August 14, 2017 through August 13, 2020 is requested. <br />[Reference: RFP -1027-0194-A] <br />This agreement will allow for road clearing, hazardous tree, tree stump and tree removal, right-of-way (ROW) <br />debris management, roll -off hauling, loading and hauling, street sweeping, disposal services, and miscellaneous <br />disposal, and right -of -entry (ROE) management following a debris -generating event such as hurricane, storm, <br />or other catastrophic event. This agreement also provides, if needed, various ancillary services including, but <br />not limited to, emergency power generators, temporary satellite communications, temporary sanitary facilities, <br />reefer and refrigerator containers with initial ice delivery, potable water truck and emergency bottled water, <br />mobile fleet repair facilities, traffic control and signage, canteen services, temporary lighting, emergency dry -in <br />of city facilities, temporary security personnel, emergency cleaning of stormwater catch basins, temporary <br />fueling sites and dispensing, rental of various equipment with operators and temporary fencing. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget.
