3. Multifamily residential districts. In multifamily residential development <br />subject to site plan review, satellite dishes shall be permitted as accessory <br />structures pursuant to site plan review standards. The size of the satellite antenna <br />shall not exceed ten feet in diameter or 12 feet in height. <br />4. Nonresidential districts. Satellite dishes shall be permitted as accessory <br />structures in nonresidential zoning districts in the City. The number, location, and <br />size of all satellite dishes on such properties shall be subject to site plan approval <br />pursuant to City site plan review standards. <br />5. Aesthetics. Satellite dishes must be screened through the addition of <br />architectural features or landscaping that is compatible and in harmony with the <br />elements and characteristics of the lot or parcel of land upon which the satellite <br />dish is located and with surrounding lands. <br />Conditions of approval may be imposed to mitigate any negative impact from the <br />installation of the satellite dish.
