No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-11. Ms. Campbell made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-11 to allow on-site consumption of beer and wine, 2COP, in conjunction with the <br />operation of the restaurant at 1555 State Road 436, Suite 1171 and 1181 based on the findings of fact and <br />conclusions of the staff report dated June 14, 2017, and the nine (9) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report <br />including Exhibits A — D. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: ZB 17-02: 2905 Lakeview Drive (17-21-30.509-OB00-0080) & 6150 South U.S. Highway <br />17-92 (17-21-30-509.OB00-0010). Amending the Official Zoning Map from City of Casselberry CG (Commercial <br />General) to City of Casselberry PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise). <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated June 14, 2017, <br />and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Fathelbab said staff recommends that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 17-02 to <br />amend the Official Zoning Map from City of Casselberry CG (Commercial General) to City of Casselberry PMX-MID <br />(Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) for the subject properties, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, the staff <br />report dated June 14, 2017, and the three (3) findings outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Fathelbab said that the applicant was not present. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding possible sewer connections for the site. In response to the <br />Commission's question, Mr. Fathelbab explained that the middle parcel is owned by another party and is currently <br />rented to a law firm. He said the owner does not intend to sell his property and felt that the redevelopment of this <br />property would increase his property value. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request.
