Planning & Zoning Commission/ Local Planning Agency May 10, 2017 Page 4 Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Deborah Parran, 730 Crestview Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. A brief discussion ensued regarding the nature of the home becoming uninhabitable, improving the neighborhood and an increase to the tax base. Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. Ms. Courtney Owens, 741 Crestview Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Ms. Owens stated that the surrounding neighbors are in support of the variance request. Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address BA 17-02. Mr. Lutz made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission grant replacement mobile home minimum living area variance, BA 17-02, for property located at 730 Crestview Drive. The motion is based upon the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact and conclusions, the staff report dated May 10, 2017, the four (4) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report and the four (4) Exhibits. Ms. Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed with a majority vote with Mr. Bakalla casting the dissenting vote. Ninth Item of Business: Other Business Mr. Victor Hernandez came forward to speak to the Commission regarding a business he would like to open in Casselberry. Mr. Henson referred Mr. Hernandez to staff. Tenth Item of Business: Adiournment.
