Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />May 10, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Fifth Item of Business: CU 17-06: 690 San Pablo Avenue. A conditional use request to allow a dock and <br />boathouse. Parcel ID 21-21.30-510-000-0210 <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated May 10, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Fathelbab said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-06 to allow a fixed residential deck and boathouse at 690 San <br />Pablo Avenue. He said staffs recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report <br />dated May 10, 2017, and the four (4) conditions outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Michael Caiazza, Specialty Marine Contractors, 7151 <br />Rose Avenue, Orlando, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Caiazza said he was <br />in agreement with the conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-06. Ms. Campbell made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-06 to allow a fixed residential deck and boathouse at 690 San Pablo Avenue. <br />The recommendation is based on staffs recommendations, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report <br />dated May 10, 2017, and the four (4) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report including Attachments A — C. <br />Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: CU 17-07: 261 South Triplet Lake Drive. A conditional use request to allow a <br />floating dock. Parcel ID 16-21-30-505.0000-016A <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Planner I, explained that the applicant has requested staff withdraw this item from the <br />agenda. <br />Seventh Item of Business: CU 17.08: 660 San Pablo Ave. A conditional use request to allow a dock.
