Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />March 8, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Fifth Item of Business: CU 17-03: Conditional Use for an Accessory Structure Larger than 500 Square Feet, <br />771 Seminola Boulevard. A conditional use request to allow a 640 square foot accessory structure at 771 <br />Seminola Boulevard. Parcel ID 09-21.30-501-OG00-0070 <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated March 8, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Fathelbab said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-03 to allow a 16'x16' addition to the existing 16'x 24' accessory <br />structure at 771 Seminola Boulevard. He said staffs recommendation is based on the findings of fact and <br />conclusions of the staff report dated March 8, 2017, and the eight (8) conditions of approval outlined in the staff <br />report. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Donald Clontz, 771 Seminola Boulevard, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Clontz said that the additional <br />shed would not have any electric or water service. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-03. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-03 to allow a 16'x16' addition to the existing 16'x 24' accessory structure at 771 <br />Seminola Boulevard based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated March 8, 2017, and the <br />eight (8) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. Mr. Bryan amended <br />his motion to include Exhibits A -D. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: CU 17-04 Conditional Use for a Bakery, 1786 State Road 436. A conditional use <br />request to allow a French -style bakery at 1786 State Road 436. Parcel ID 33-21-30-300-005H-0000 <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated March 8, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint is attached and made a part of the minutes).
