Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />January 11, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Cordero said this has been a part time business but now that <br />the business has acquired a building to store the vehicles, it will become a full time business. In response to the <br />Commission's question, Mr. Cordero said that if the business expands and he needs additional space, he would rent <br />offsite storage space. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the enforcement of the conditions of approval for a conditional use. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-01. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-01 to allow vehicular sales at the property located at 1211 Seminola Boulevard, <br />Unit 117, based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated January 11, 2017, and the ten (10) <br />conditions of approval outlined in the staff report including Attachments A - D. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: SPR 14-13: Site Plan Extension Request for Breezeway at Lake Marie. A request to <br />extend an approved site plan for an assisted living facility at 1324 Lake Drive. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated January 11, <br />2017, and a PowerPoint Presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hanna said staff recommends the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve a time extension for SPR 14-13 for the Breezeway at Lake Marie Assisted Living Facility <br />proposed at 1316, 1324 and 1331 Lake Drive. She said the conditions listed in the staff report are the original <br />conditions of approval from the March 16, 2016 approval. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hanna said that the property would be replatted as part of <br />the site plan approval process. A brief discussion ensued regarding the height of the building. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Greg Hudak, 1344 Hardy Avenue, Orlando, Florida <br />came forward. A brief discussion ensued regarding the end user of the assisted living facility. <br />
