The City of Casselberry Lakes Management Advisory Board held a meeting <br />Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the <br />Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707 <br />Appointed Board Members Present: <br />Paul Blais <br />Brad Gonzalez <br />Laura Hatton <br />Melissa Holmes <br />Appointed Board Members Absent: <br />Charles Fritch <br />Leslie Yates <br />Alan Moore <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Marissa Williams, Natural Resources Officer <br />D. Denyse Wilson, Staff Assistant II (Recording Secretary) <br />1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to Order at 6:36 pm. Chairman Brad Gonzalez. <br />Everyone stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. Roll Call: D. Denyse Wilson completed the roll call. <br />3. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Paul Blais had some corrections to the previous meeting. Mr. <br />Blais chaired the last meeting, instead of Mr. Gonzalez. Mr. Paul Blais was written as <br />"Mr. Paul Fritch". There should also be an item of Old Business, Mr. Blais asked Ms. <br />Williams to take a look at the list of bodies of water in City that she distributed at the <br />last meeting, the figures appeared to not include the modified calculations of the other <br />properties that has access to Lake Katherine. Ms. Williams stated that she will have this <br />information for the next meeting, and when we discuss the Stormwater master update <br />portion. Minutes were approved with the amendments. Ms. Hatton made the motion <br />and it was seconded by Ms. Holmes. <br />4. New Business <br />Mr. Paul Blais distributed a document of comments compiled from the organization, <br />Friends of Lake Katherine , "LKE" and Lake Katherine Village Condominium Board. If you <br />would like to review this so that you will have an idea about some of the problems with <br />the calculations on Ms. Williams' previous report submitted last meeting. <br />A. Aquatic Plant Management Update: All activities that the City does is <br />under our Permitting Requirements that dictate how we manage our <br />water bodies. All of the activities that we do on lakes that are 10 acres or <br />greater are under the authority of the Florida Fish and Wild Life <br />
