<br />CE -17-000077 3580 S Highway 17/92
<br />Marl-, Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that Case Number CE -17-000077, located at
<br />3580 S Highway 17/92 in zoning district, CG was for the violation of non -permitted signs; ULDR Section 3-
<br />16.8. The notification date was January 31, 2017, correction date requested was February 20, 2017, found non-
<br />compliant. The hearing notice date was February 23, 2017, correction date requested was April 12, 2017 found
<br />non-compliant. Special Magistrate compliance requested was April 27, 2017 found in -compliance. At the April
<br />13, 2017 hearing, the Special Magistrate found this property to be in violation and a date of April 27, 2017 was
<br />given for compliance or a $50.00 per day fine would be imposed. The property was found in compliance on
<br />April 27, 2017, therefore no fine should be imposed.
<br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner for 3580 S Highway 17/92 was present. There was no one
<br />present.
<br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in case 17-000077, a violation of ULDR Section 3-
<br />16.10, non -permitted signs, it was ordered that the property come into compliance by April 27, 2017 or a $50.00
<br />per day fine would be imposed. Based on testimony it was found that the property has come into compliance by
<br />April 27, 2017. No fine will be imposed, however a standing order was issued for 5 years for any violation of
<br />the same, and a fine of up to $500 per day could be imposed.

<br />Section 3-10.9, designated parking; ULDR Section 3-10.9(B)(1), private sewer maintenance; City Code
<br />Section 8 6-3 1 (C) (3) (D). The notification date: was February 1, 2017, correction date requested was February
<br />20, 2017 found non-compliant. The hearing notice date was February 23, 2017, correction date requested was
<br />April 12, 2017 found non-compliant, Special Magistrate compliance requested was April 27, 2017 found non-
<br />compliant. At the April 13, 2017 hearing, the Special Magistrate found this property to be in violation and a
<br />date of April 27, 2017 was given for compliance or a $50.00 per day per violation fine would be imposed. The
<br />property remains non-compliant; the fines should be imposed beginning April 27, 2017.
<br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner for 273 Lake Griffin Cir was present. There was no one
<br />present.
<br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in case 17-000079, testimony revealed that there has
<br />been no compliance and the vehicle tag not renewed, the tag remains expired. The property is in violation of
<br />unlicensed vehicles; ULDR Section 3-10.9 F, designated parking; ULDR Section 3-10.9(B)(1), private sewer
<br />maintenance; City Code Section 86-3 1 (C)(3)(D). The property remains in violation and did not come into
<br />compliance by April 27, 2017, a $50 per violation per day fine was imposed for each of the three violations.
