CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 24, 2017 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Commissioner <br />Solomon. Commissioner Solomon's Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as a part of the Consent <br />Agenda later in the meeting. <br />A. Minutes of April 10, 2017 - Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 10, 2017 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />A. Proclamation — Bike Casselberry Day <br />Mayor Glancy presented Public Works Director Mark Gisclar and the Public Works Department staff with <br />a proclamation recognizing May 6, 2017 as Bike Casselberry Day. <br />B. Presentation: Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 <br />Mayor Glancy presented Finance Director Rebecca Bowman and the Finance Department staff with the <br />Distinguished Budget Presentation Award which was awarded to the City of Casselberry from the Government <br />Finance Officers Association for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 and commended the Finance Department staff for <br />their hard work on preparation of the City's budget. <br />Mayor Glancy announced that there had been an amendment to the Agenda to add Item I to the Consent <br />Agenda, which was the Excuse of Absence for Commissioner Solomon who was absent due to illness. She <br />added that this was the only change to the Agenda. <br />
