Procurement Information Report for the period 10/01/2016 through 10/31/2016 <br />Mr. Newlon advised that the Procurement Information Report for the month of October 2016 was contained in <br />the Commissioners' agenda packets for review. He noted that the report contained information about minor <br />contracts that were issued under delegated authority of staff during this period. <br />No report. <br />16. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2: <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Sandra Solomon — Seat No. 3: <br />No report. <br />Vice Mayor Anthony Aramendia — Seat No. 1: <br />No report. <br />Mayor Charlene Glancy — Seat No. 5: <br />Reported she had recently attended the annual Duke Energy awards ceremony at which Duke Energy <br />awarded grants to various non-profit organizations. She stated she had received several compliments <br />from Duke Energy staff about how great it was working with City of Casselberry staff. She added that <br />another Duke Energy official had commended Vice Mayor Aramendia on his work with the Seminole <br />County Cultural Arts Council. <br />Shared that Dr. Stephen Summers, a professor at Seminole State College had met with Public Works <br />Director Mark Gisclar, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock and City Manager <br />
