CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. No one came forward. <br />A. Procurement Information Report for the Period 08/01/2016 through 08/31/2016 <br />Mr. Newlon advised that the Procurement Information Report for the Period 08/01/2016 through <br />08/31/16 was included in the agenda packet and was for the purpose of advising the Commission of <br />transactions during the report period in which a minor contract was executed by staff under authority <br />delegated by the City Commission. <br />• Reported that Mayor Glancy had been invited to speak to the Orlando Realtors' Association on <br />Tuesday, September 20, 2016 as part of a group of three consisting of herself, the Mayor of Winter <br />Park, and a staffer from the City of Maitland, regarding those three cities' various projects along the <br />U.S. Highway 17-92 corridor. He commended her and congratulated her on doing an outstanding job <br />speaking to the realtors' group on behalf of the City. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Sandra Solomon — Seat No. 3: <br />• Inquired about the status of the home at 9 Carriage Hill Circle and was advised by Mr. Newlon he had <br />not yet had an opportunity to follow up on it, but would do so. <br />• Wished everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous Jewish New Year. <br />Commissioner Bill Hufford — Seat No. 4: <br />
