In the event that the total Information Systems division operating <br />budget exceeds the approved budget, a budget transfer will be necessary. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval to renew the Service <br />Provider Agreement with SunGard Public Sector LLC for five (5) years at a cost of $112,030.68 per year or <br />$9,335.89 per month. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address any item on the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 4-0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report — Mayor Glancy <br />No report. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report — Mayor Glancy <br />Mayor Glancy reported she had attended the most recent meeting on Friday, September 16, 2016 and the <br />discussion had focused on updates about financing and how the current classes were going. She stated that <br />Vice Mayor Aramendia had participated in Government Day which had gone really well and gotten a good <br />rating. Vice Mayor Aramendia added that the questions most asked by the group pertained to the Sunshine <br />Laws, Mayor Glancy also advised that President Wayne Weinberg would be resigning at the end of the year <br />after many years of service to the Board, and he would be greatly missed. She then reported that after the <br />meeting she had attended the Mayors' Forum in the Seminole County Commission Chambers and it was a <br />great opportunity for the Mayors of the seven Seminole County cities to share what was going on in his or her <br />respective city. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Report — Mayor Glancy <br />Mayor Glancy reported she had attended the meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Winter Springs High <br />School and once again the students from the Culinary School had prepared and presented lunch for the group. <br />She added that it was presented beautifully and was delicious as always.
