CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 11, 2016 —Regular Meeting <br />Page 5 of 14 <br />leftover federal funds; therefore, the MAC members had agreed to support the Maitland <br />Boulevard project since funds were no longer needed for the quiet zone project; <br />SunPass and E -Pass can now be used in Georgia and North Carolina and will soon also be <br />accepted in South Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma and Texas; <br />Congressman Mica is still working on getting support and funding for the "Beyond the <br />Ultimate" project which he hopes will follow up the I-4 Ultimate project by extending the <br />project from the Haines City exit at U.S. 27 to State Road 472 in Volusia County. <br />C. Resolution 16-2881 — Piggyback Agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC <br />Ms. Sundvall read Resolution 16-2881 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH LAYNE INLINER, LLC; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Acting Water Resources Manager Tara Lamoureux gave a brief overview of Resolution <br />16-2881 and explained the benefits of piggybacking on the Town of Longboat Key contract with Layne Inliner, <br />LLC, a company which had already provided gravity sewer lining and manhole lining services for the City. <br />She added that City staff had been very satisfied with this vendor's performance, and the fact that Layne Inliner <br />had local offices in Sanford was an added benefit, as they would be available for emergency lining in addition <br />to the normal gravity sewer and manhole lining. <br />
