The City requests that the $50 per day fine be imposed for the 12 days of violation. Total fine to impose $600.00. The Special magistrate asked if the owner or representative was present. Finding of fact- The Special Magistrate made a finding in case # 16-00350, 224 Triplet Ct. the violation alleged was recreational vehicle parking ULDR Section 3-10.9 (C). A hearing was held on August 11, 2016 and it was found that the property was in violation, it was ordered that the property come into compliance by August 25, 2016, if no compliance a fine of $50.00 per day would be imposed. Based on photographs and testimony it was found that the property was in violation for 12 days, a fine of $600.00 was imposed for each day of violation.
