Ms. Cocotas advised there was an e J_neering permit secured in October 20. and in December 2011the City <br />affirmed that the work has been sufficiently completed to close out the engineering permit. <br />The Special Magistrate stated the document he had was dated December 6, 2011 and it stated engineering permit <br />2010-10, 945 Brydie Ct for seawall modification. The Special magistrate showed the permit to Mr. Pieski the <br />correct dates and permit were being spoken about. <br />Mr. Pieski stated it was dated December 6, but the permit was 2010-10. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if that sounded right, the one referred to in paragraph 5in the letter dated July 22, <br />2016 to the Code Enforcement Board. <br />Mr. Pieski stated here was another permit, an engineering permit; Casselberry also requires a construction <br />permit. There were 2 permits acquired, an engineering permit and a construction permit. <br />The Special Magistrate asked Mr. Pieski if he had a copy of the letter dated July 22, 2016, notarized by Melinda <br />Baker. In paragraph 5, it started he was ultimately granted a permit to make the changes. The Special Magistrate <br />asked what permit was Mr. Pieski speaking about in that paragraph. <br />Mr. Pieski stated it was 2 permits. <br />The Special Magistrate asked when the permits were issued. <br />Mr. Pieski stated one apparently here and the other one he did not remember when it was issued. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if it was issued in 1970. <br />Mr. Pieski stated he could not estimate. <br />The Special Magistrate wanted and idea of when the permit was issued. <br />Mr. Pieski stated 2011. <br />The Special Magistrate stated that is the next paragraph stated the work was completed in 2011. <br />Mr. Pieski stated yes. <br />The Special Magistrate asked when the work began on the sea wall. <br />Mr. Pieski stated shortly after the engineering permit, construction permit and the sign off from the City of <br />Casselberry as well as Northshore Courtyard Villas HOA. <br />The Special Magistrate asked Mr. Pieski as of what date he started the work. <br />Mr. Pieski stated he did not begin the remediation of the work until it was permitted and allowed by the City of <br />Casselberry and Northshore Courtyard Villas HOA.
