The Casselberry Grill currently occupies tenant space #4275 <br />which is appro. vnately 1,150 square feet in size, <br />• Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 8ani - 12 Midnight <br />• The subject property is considered "noncomplying building" per section 2-8.2 of the City <br />of Casselberry ULDRs because of inadequate off-street parking. <br />• The code requires parking spaces be 10'x20' however all of the available puking <br />,spaces are 9.5'x15'.
