Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />June 15, 2016 <br />Page 7 <br />In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Fathelbab explained that the rezoning was notified at a <br />higher intensity and the change to the zoning classification is a lower intensity, therefore the notifications complied <br />with the legal requirements. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address ZB 16-05. Mr. Lutz made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 16-05 to amend the Official Zoning <br />Map from City of Casselberry PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: <br />Medium Rise) for the subject property, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, of the staff report dated June <br />15, 2016, and the three (3) findings regarding the rezoning listed in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eleventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the status of LPA 16-02, Prepared Parking Area in Residential Districts. <br />Twelfth Item of Business: Adiournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Henson adjourned the meeting at 7:48 p.m. <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission: <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />
