Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />June 15, 2016 <br />Page 7 <br />In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Fathelbab explained that the rezoning was notified at a <br />higher intensity and the change to the zoning classification is a lower intensity, therefore the notifications complied <br />with the legal requirements. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address ZB 16-05. Mr. Lutz made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 16-05 to amend the Official Zoning <br />Map from City of Casselberry PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: <br />Medium Rise) for the subject property, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, of the staff report dated June <br />15, 2016, and the three (3) findings regarding the rezoning listed in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the <br />motion.
