F. Resolution 17-2943 - Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC (North/South Connection) and Related Budget Amendment # 17-022 Resolution 17-2943 and Budget Amendment # 17-022 provides for a Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC to develop a shared use path that connects Oxford Road to US Highway 17-92 along Bainbridge at Casselberry Apartments northern property boundary is requested. G. Budget Amendment # 17-020 - Refund of Bainbridge Multimodal Impact Fees Consideration of Budget Amendment # 17-020 for refund of impact fees paid by Bainbridge Casselberry developers in the amount of $39,240 is requested. H. Budget Amendment # 17-021- Recognition of Trails Contribution Consideration of Budget Amendment # 17-021 to recognize a donation of multi-purpose trails to the City is requested. 8.
