F. Resolution 17-2943 - Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, <br />LLC (North/South Connection) and Related Budget Amendment # 17-022 <br />Resolution 17-2943 and Budget Amendment # 17-022 provides for a Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB <br />Casselberry Venture, LLC to develop a shared use path that connects Oxford Road to US Highway 17-92 along <br />Bainbridge at Casselberry Apartments northern property boundary is requested. <br />G. Budget Amendment # 17-020 - Refund of Bainbridge Multimodal Impact Fees <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 17-020 for refund of impact fees paid by Bainbridge Casselberry developers in <br />the amount of $39,240 is requested. <br />H.
