CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 17-2941 - FY 2017 First Quarter Budget Amendments Resolution 17-2941 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments approved during the first quarter of FY 2017. B. Agreement with Advanced Environmental Laboratories, Inc., for the Cooperative Purchase of Environmental Laboratory Services Consideration of an Agreement with Advanced Environmental Laboratories, Inc. to provide environmental laboratory services as a cooperative purchase for a not -to -exceed amount of $210,000.00 for the period beginning October 1, 2016 through November 23, 2020 is requested. C. Agreement with Odyssey Manufacturing Company for the Cooperative Purchase of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite Services Consideration of an Agreement with Odyssey Manufacturing Company to provide liquid sodium hypochlorite as a cooperative purchase for a not -to -exceed amount of $296,000 for the period beginning October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018 is requested. D. FY 2018 Capital and Operating Budget Calendar Consideration to approve the Budget Calendar for preparing and adopting the FY 2017/2018 Budget is requested. E. Resolution 17-2942 - Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC (East/West Connection) and Related Budget Amendment # 17-019 Resolution 17-2942 and related Budget Amendment # 17-019 provides for a Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC to develop a shared use path that connects Oxford Road to US Highway 17-92 along Bainbridge at Casselberry Apartments northern property boundary is requested.
