Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Hearing: Resolution 16-2912 - Adoption of Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Final Millage Rate <br />Resolution 16-2912 is provided for the second and final of two public hearings to adopt the tentative millage rate of <br />3.1201 mills as the final millage rate for the Fiscal Year 2016-2017. <br />B. Public Hearing: Resolution 16-2913 - Adoption of Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2016- <br />2017 <br />Resolution 16-2913 is provided for the second and final of two public hearings to adopt the Operating Budget for the <br />Fiscal Year 2016-2017 in the amount of $46,975,816. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Appointment of Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Representative <br />and Alternate Representative <br />Appointment of a Representative and Alternate Representative for the Council of Local Governments in Seminole County <br />(CALNO) is requested. <br />13.
