The Special Magistrate asked Mr. Johnson to verify that PNC bank has taken possession of the property; they <br />are now making some of the corrections that the City has requested. <br />Mr. Johnson stated PNC bank has not taken possession of the property but they have stepped in and secured the <br />)roperty. They do not have a final judgment. <br />Mr. Campbell advised there is also a possible change in ownership happening in June. <br />Andrew Pico, representative for the bank foreclosing advised that a non jury trial is set for June 6, 2016, 9:30 am, the <br />borrower is deceased and opposition and property sale is expected 45-60 days after the trial. <br />Mr. Johnson described work that had already been completed on the prope/rty and that the work that has been done has <br />exposed other problems. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on testimony and evidence in the above cases <br />granting a continuance to the June 14, 2016 (actual hearing date for June will be June 9, 2016) Code Enforcement <br />meeting. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There was no public comment. <br />ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING <br />The Special Magistrate adjourned the meeting at 6:49 pm <br />Date: 1, IP <br />Date:` <br />tf <br />Luis .
