CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING <br />APRIL 14, 2016 <br />The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, April 14, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of <br />Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Robin G. Drage, Special Magistrate, <br />called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE <br />Robin G. Drage <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br />Randy Woodruff, Development Services Manager <br />Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Jones, Code Compliance-Coordinator/Recording Secretary <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. <br />FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS <br />The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. <br />',TATEMENT OF EVIDENCE <br />Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint <br />presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Special Magistrate approved minutes from the March 10, 2016 hearing. <br />NEW CASEXONTINUANCE REQUESTED <br />General maintenance; ULDR Section 3-10.3 <br />• CE -15-01181 400 Hibiscus Rd <br />Accessory structure maintenance; ULDR Section 3-10.3 A(6) <br />• CE -15-01224 400 Hibiscus Rd <br />Overgrown, trash and debris and/or dead tree(s) or limbs; ULDR Section 3-10.3 (C)(1) <br />• CE -15-01225 400 Hibiscus Rd <br />Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer was <br />present to speak for these cases as well as a representative of the bank. <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer read the case information into record and advised that at the March <br />10, 2016 hearing the cases were continued to the April 14, 2016 hearing. The City requests the above cases be <br />continued to the June 14, 2016 (actual hearing date for June will be June 9, 2016) Code Enforcement hearing, <br />due to PNC bank taking possession of the property. The reason for the continuance was due to the cooperation <br />from MSI, the property preservation team. Efforts have been made to correct a lot of the violations on site. <br />
