The Special Magistrate advised that he is neutral in this and encourages discussion and he is charges with fmding <br />violation or not finding violation and making an order with relief sought. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a fmding in case # 15-00859 based on undisputed testimony and <br />photos it was found that 1175 Galahad Dr is in violation of ULDR Section 3-10.3 general maintenance with the specific <br />issue being columns in the front porch that appear to be load bearing and there needs to be a compression test. A permit is <br />required and the owner is in the process of getting a permit to come into compliance. It was ordered that there be a <br />compliance date of April 28, 2016, if there is no compliance by this date a fine of $50.00 per day would be imposed. There was no one present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding in case # 15-01181, 15-01224, 15-01225, all for 400 <br />Hibiscus Rd, the City has moved for continuance on a basis there is an ownership change. The motion was granted and <br />continuance to the next hearing date of April 14, 2016. <br />NEW CASEIWITHDRAWN <br />General maintenance; ULDR Section 3-10.3 <br />• CE -15-01243 2909 Lakeview Dr <br />Carlos "Mike" Bauer, PT Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that the City was withdrawing the case due to <br />compliance on March 3, 2016. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a fmding in case # 15-01243 based on testimony, the property was <br />found in compliance.
