<br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the property was originally cited under the property
<br />owner who may have passed away. MSI is a property preservation company that the City is working with in lieu
<br />of PNC Bank. At the April 14, 2016 hearing PNC was looking at taking over this property, a final foreclosure
<br />was to be on June 6, 2016, the City has not heard back about this yet.
