CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING JUNE 9, 2016 The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, June 9, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Luis R. Guzman, Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE Luis R. Guzman CITY STAFF PRESENT Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer Carlos "Mike" Bauer Brenda Jones, Code Compliance-Coordinator/Recording Secretary PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate approved minutes from the May 12, 2016 hearing. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record.
