The City of Casselberry Lakes Management Advisory Board held a meeting <br />Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., in the <br />Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707 <br />Appointed Board Members Present: <br />Paul Blais <br />Charles Fritch <br />Laura Hatton <br />Melissa Holmes <br />Appointed Board Members Absent: <br />Leslie Yates <br />Alan Moore <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Marissa Williams, Natural Resources Officer <br />D. Denyse Wilson, Staff Assistant II (Recording Secretary) <br />1. Call to Order: Due to the absence of the Chairman, Ms. Leslie Yates and the Vice <br />Chairman, Mr. Alan Moore, Board member Mr. Charles Fritch volunteered to chair the <br />meeting at 6:47 pm. Everyone stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. Roll Call: D. Denyse Wilson completed the roll call. <br />3. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Paul Blais made a motion to accept the LMAB meeting <br />minutes of August 5, 2015 as presented. The motion was seconded by Ms. Melissa <br />Holmes and carried by voice vote. <br />4. New Business <br />A. Movement of Agenda Items: Ms. Marissa Williams, Natural Resources <br />Officer informed us that members of the audience had requested that <br />agenda items C & D be moved up on the agenda due to a presentation by <br />the Friends of Lake Kathryn (FOLK). Acting Chairman Fritch asked if there <br />were any objections, and there were none. <br />B. Aquatic Plant Management Policies — Ms. Williams presented a basic <br />background of how the City is currently managing water bodies for aquatic <br />plants. She informed the Board that we are updating our Stormwater <br />Master Plan this fiscal year. Staff and a selected consultant will analyze <br />which water bodies should be managed by the City and provide <br />recommendations for possible modifications to our current policies. The <br />presentation from Lake Kathryn residents will allow insight to what <br />residents are currently experiencing. <br />
