C. Stormwater Code Review—A summary of the land development code <br />review and updates that the City's consultant Ceosyntec is currently <br />evaluating were provided by Marissa Williams. She informed the Board <br />that the ability for Casselberry to regulate and enforce Stormwater, <br />wetlands, and illicit discharges was a requirement of the City's National <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, and that efforts <br />were being made to improve and clarify the code. <br />D. Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Master Plan Update <br />- An update to the Division's master plan will be completed in fiscal year <br />2016. Marissa explained that this update would include analysis of <br />existing water quality and stormwater retrofit opportunities including a <br />discussion regarding the City's policies for management of surface waters <br />and aquatic plants. <br />6. Audience Participation: Commissioner Anthony Aramendia and Mr. John Casselberry, <br />700 S. Lost Lake Lane, were in the audience at this meeting. <br />7. Future LMAB Agenda Items: <br />A. Aquatic Plant Management Policies —The Board requested that this item <br />be included in the upcoming agenda to begin a discussion regarding the <br />City's current policies and the need to better clarify which water bodies <br />Have been or possibly should be managed for aquatic plants. <br />B. Casselberry Golf Club —The Board requested this item be included in the <br />up -coming agenda to evaluate possible lakeshore improvements or storm <br />water treatment options throughout the City's recently purchased golf <br />course. <br />8.
