The City of Casselberry Lakes Management Advisory Board held a meeting Wednesday, <br />RP { August 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers, <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive Casselberry, p y, FL 32707. <br />Appointed Board Members Present: <br />Paul Blais <br />Charles Fritch <br />Laura Hatton <br />Alan Moore <br />Leslie Yates <br />Appointed Board Members Absent: <br />Melissa Holmes <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Kelly Brock, Ph. D., P.E., LEED AP, Public Works Assistant Director/City Engineer <br />Donna Gardner, City Clerk <br />Marissa Williams, Natural Resources Officer <br />D. Denyse Wilson, Staff Assistant II (Recording Secretary) <br />1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by City Clerk Donna Gardner @ 6:40pm. <br />2. Rall Call: D. Denyse Wilson called roll. Melissa Holmes was absent from this meeting. <br />3. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Alan Moore made a motion to accept the LMAB meeting <br />minutes of November 7, 2012 as presented. The motion was seconded by Ms. Leslie <br />Yates and carried by voice vote. <br />4. Election: <br />A. Leslie Yates — Chair Lady <br />B. Alan Moore —Vice Chairman <br />C. Term through January 2016 <br />5. New Business <br />A. Board Duties and Responsibilities Overview: Donna Gardner reviewed <br />the Sunshine Law from the Florida Commission on Ethics and distributed <br />handouts. <br />B. Aquatic Plant Management Update -- A summary of the water bodies <br />currently managed by the Public Works Department, along with a historic <br />overview of exotic aquatic vegetation and treatment methodology was <br />given by Marissa Williams. She explained that a Sonar treatment was <br />applied to Secret Lake, Lost Lake, and Middle Lake Triplet, on February 23, <br />2015 which resulted in successful control of hydrilla in all water bodies. <br />
