Staff approval is based on the findings of fact and <br />conclusions of this staff report dated Manch 9,2016and die following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use shall he limited to the location of 2050 SR 436; Suite 116. <br />2. All sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be on-site and indoors. <br />3. The sale of alcohol shall not exceed 49% of total revenue. <br />4. Conditional use approval is for beer and wine sales shall be in conjunction with a <br />restaurant which primarily serves food. <br />S. Package sales of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption shall be prohibited. <br />6. The hours of on-site alcohol consumption and sales shall comply with the hours set forth <br />in Section 10.2 of the City of Casselberry's Code and shall only be during times when the <br />primmy use (the restaurant) is sexing food. <br />7. The business shall remain in compliance with all City, County and State requirements. <br />8. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services or vehicles. <br />9. The conditional use shall commence within 120 days of die approval. <br />10. The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days. <br />11. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use <br />shall become null and void. <br />
