The existing church <br />presently provides the following services at the subject property: <br />• Chureh seances at loam and 2pnr on Sunday <br />• Bible studies starting at 7:30pm on Wednesday <br />Staff has been assured that no other senaces will be provided during the hours of operations <br />for the proposed day care Facility. The applicant is not proposing any additional impervious <br />surfaces or building additions. The Conditional Use shall be limited to the location of 555 SR 436 and to a maeimum of <br />68 clients for the child cam use. <br />2. The conditional use shall be limited to the hours of operation as stated within this report. <br />3. All patrons dropping off and picking up children shall park in a designated parking space, <br />walk die child into the building, and sign the child in and out of the facility. <br />4. The conduct of other uses on fire site shall not coincide with the times of operation of the <br />child care facility c- <br />5. There shall be no queuing of vehicles. <br />6. Outdoor activities for the child care facility shall be conducted within a fenced area. <br />7. There shall be no outside storage or display of goods, materials or services. <br />8. A business tax receipt is required prior to the commencement of activities at the site. <br />9. A new conditional use application shall be required if the use of the space for child care <br />facilities should cease for more than ninety (90) days or if tine use wants to expand. <br />10. Site maintenance, noise, and exterior lighting shall be in conformance with the City Code. <br />11. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use <br />shall become null and void. <br />2 <br />
