Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />February 10, 2016 <br />Page 7 <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 16-01. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission review the Development of Community Impact site plan application for Bainbridge at Casselberry Apartment <br />Homes (SPR 16-01) and provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission and this recommendation is based on <br />the site plan dated February 2, 2016, the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated <br />February 10, 2016, including agreeing to waivers 1 - 4 and waiver number 5 is to be worked out favorably with staff prior to <br />City Commission review and if waiver number 5 is not worked out favorably with staff then it is not a favorable <br />recommendation. This includes the ten conditions of approval outlined in the staff report including Attachments A - D. Mr. <br />Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eleventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding providing the agenda packets in smaller units so that downloading will be more <br />efficient for the Commissioners.
