CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 23, 2016 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 15 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval ofthe $1,000 donation to <br />Kid's House of Seminole and related Budget Amendment #16-043. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. <br />Discussion: Vice Mayor Hufford requested that Item D, Resolution 16-2858 —Recognizing the Retirement of <br />Sergeant Christopher Pamation, be pulled from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion, as she felt <br />Sergeant Pamation should be fully recognized even though he was unable to attend the meeting. <br />Commissioner Solomon withdrew the motion to approve the Consent Agenda, <br />as presented. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Meadows moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended to <br />remove Item D, Resolution 16-2858 — Recognizing the Retirement of Sergeant <br />Christopher Pamation, for separate consideration. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />D. Resolution 16-2858 —Recognizing the Retirement of Sergeant Christopher Pamatian <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />IN RECOGNITION OF DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA BY SERGEANT CHRISTOPHER PAMATION." <br />Mayor Glancy read Resolution 16-2858 in its entirety, formally recognizing and expressing appreciation for <br />Sergeant Christopher Pamation's 29 years of public service in the Casselberry Police Department, and <br />congratulating him on his retirement from the City of Casselberry. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve Resolution 16-2858, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia.
