Resolution 16 -2860 - Supplemental Agreement No. 5 with Singhofen and Associates, Inc., for Gee Creek Drainage Inventory Update Resolution 16 -2860 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for services associated with an update to the Gee Creek basin drainage inventory in an amount not to exceed $142,850. G. Resolution 16 -2861 - Supplemental Agreement No. 6 with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for Gee Creek Model Update Resolution 16 -2861 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for services associated with an update to the Gee Creek stormwater model in an amount not to exceed $51,382. H. Resolution 16 -2862 - Change Order No. 3 to Agreement with Wharton- Smith, Inc. for Construction of Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street Projects and Related Budget Amendment #16 -044 Resolution 16 -2862 and related Budget Amendment # 16 -044 provide for a deductive Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $16,296.49 for deletion of geogrid material for the proposed commercial parcels located within the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street Projects. I. Resolution 16 -2863 - Change Order No. 4 to Agreement with Wharton- Smith, Inc. for Construction of Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street Projects and Related Budget Amendment #16 -045 Resolution 16 -2863 and related Budget Amendment # 16 -045 provide for a deductive Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $23,514.21 for deletion of a 7" concrete paver subslab related to placement location of brick pavers for the Signature Street component of the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street projects. J. Resolution 16 -2864 - Use of Contingency Funds for Miscellaneous Construction Issues Related to the Public Works Administration Building for the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street Projects and Related Budget Amendment #16 -046 Resolution 16 -2864 and related Budget Amendment #16 -046 provide for City Commission approval of Contingency Change Order No. 001 to utilize contingency funds established within the Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction related to the Public Works Administration Building, which is part of the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street project, in the amount of $5,768.80. K. Donation from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund and Related Budget Amendment #16- 043 Consideration to donate $1,000 from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund to the Kid's House of Seminole and approval of related Budget Amendment # 16 -043 are requested. 8.
