Resolution 16 -2864 - Use of Contingency Funds for Miscellaneous Construction Issues <br />Related to the Public Works Administration Building for the Lake Concord Park and Triplet <br />Lake Drive Signature Street Projects and Related Budget Amendment #16 -046 <br />Resolution 16 -2864 and related Budget Amendment #16 -046 provide for City Commission approval of Contingency <br />Change Order No. 001 to utilize contingency funds established within the Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction <br />related to the Public Works Administration Building, which is part of the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive <br />Signature Street project, in the amount of $5,768.80. <br />K.
