Lankford's retirement from the City of Casselberry after 41 years of public service in the Public Works Department. B. Presentation: Resolution 16 -2856 - Recognizing the Retirement of Thomas M. Wood Resolution 16 -2856 is being presented for formal recognition of Thomas M. Wood's retirement from the City of Casselberry after 21 years of public service in the Public Works Department. C. Presentation: Resolution 16 -2857 - Recognizing the Retirement of Gregory A. Goodale Resolution 16 -2857 is being presented for formal recognition of Gregory A. Goodale's retirement from the City of Casselberry after 20 combined years of public service in the Public Works Department. D. Presentation: Honorable Mention Winner for the 2016 Central Florida Clean Air Team Clean Air Award Staff from Metroplan Orlando will present the City of Casselberry with an award for Honorable Mention Winner for the 2016 Central Florida Clean Air Team Clean Air Award in recognition of its use of warm mix asphalt technology. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A.
