Resolution 16 -2836 —Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for the Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project Design/Post Design Services "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH SINGHOFEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR STORMWATER, LAKES MANAGEMENT, AND WATER QUALITY RELATED PROJECTS FOR PROJECT PW 1501 -2015 STORM DRAIN REHABILITATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2836 approves Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Singhofen & Associates, Inc. for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects for additional design /post design services for Project PW 1501 (2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project) for an amount not to exceed $12,461.00, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Sufficient Rinds in the amount of $12,461 have been budgeted in FY 2016 and are available in the Stormwater Infrastructure account #110 - 0740 - 539.63 -40. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16 -2836. C. Resolution 16 -2837 — Residential Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Adjustment "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A RATE ADJUSTMENT BASED ON THE 2015 CONSUMER PRICE INDEX IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABIL.ITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2837 approves a rate adjustment based on the 2015 Consumer Price Index payable to Waste Pro for residential solid waste collection, decreasing the base rate from $13.07 per home per month to $12.91 per home per month (with an increase from an additional $10.96 per home per month to $10.98 charged for side door collection services for residents without a debilitating condition), based on data provided by Seminole County. Budget Impact: Sufficient finding in the Solid Waste Garbage /Solid Waste account #118-0000-343.40-00 has been provided in the FY 2016 budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16 -2837.
