Minutes of February 22, 2016 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the February 22, <br />2016 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of legal services invoices from the City Attorney, City Labor Attorney and Code <br />Enforcement Special Magistrate is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments are being presented for <br />approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. <br />® City Attorney Legal Services for February 2016 <br />Invoice No. 68079 $ 23,190.68 <br />Fisher & Phillips LLP <br />® City Labor Attorney Legal Services for December 2015 <br />Invoice No. 22751- 977237 $ 3,886.36 <br />Luis R. Guzman, Esq. <br />® Special Magistrate Legal Services for January 2016 <br />Invoice No. 22 $ 330.00 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2016 Budget Account No. 001- <br />0140- 514.31 -01. Funds for the City Labor Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2016 Budget Account No. <br />001- 0140 -514- 31.02. Funds for the Code Magistrate's Invoice are available in FY 2016 Budget Account No. <br />001- 0140 - 514.31 -03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as <br />submitted. <br />
